Shipping Policy

Our Turnaround time varies depending on the item ordered.  We are currently dispatching orders within 5-7 working days. All items are posted via Royal Mail. 

 

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £50 within the UK. Standard orders will be sent Second Class with Tracked Delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.  

 

Express delivery is available if you require your order more urgently. Express orders will be sent via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.

Return & Refund Policy

A lot of care and attention goes into creating our personalised products. Since each product we create is bespoke, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty. 

Please Note: Personalisation will be printed exactly as entered so please ensure you check spelling and all the selections chosen before ordering.

  • Prices include VAT (if applicable) and are listed in GBP.

Order Process:

  1. Add items to your basket

  2. Complete checkout and payment

  3. You will receive an email confirmation

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • There is an error in pricing or description

  • The payment is not authorised

4. Payment

We accept secure online payments via [Stripe, PayPal, etc.]. All payments must be received in full before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 business days.

  • Delivery times vary by location. Delays may occur during peak times or due to external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, except for personalised or custom items unless faulty.
